PatentPlex Gen AI Assistant Expanded to Include Patent Families
PatentPlex is your one-stop shop for information about U.S. and European patents. Earlier this year, we made it even easier to get insights by adding a Gen AI assistant that lets you explore a patent and its prosecution history using generative AI.
Now, this tool goes even further. We’ve expanded the Gen AI assistant so that you can ask questions about the entire patent family. Patent Bots securely submits your question and the text of U.S. and European claims, then displays the answer so you can quickly hone in on the information you need. Get a summary of the differences in claims across the patents in the family. Quickly find which patent in a large family claims specific subject matter.
Additional Fields for Office Action Response Shell Generation
Patent Bots Office Action Admin saves you time and minimizes busy work for legal admins and support staff. This tool includes OA response shell generation, client reporting letter generation, IDS form filling, and more.
We’re excited to share that we’ve recently enhanced the OA response shell generation. Now, you’ll automatically get a list of practitioners associated with the application. Simply select one, and the tool will fill in the selected practitioners name, registration number, and phone number.
Enhanced Analytics to Power Art Unit Predictor
Patent Bots Art Unit Predictor helps you steer your patents away from the most challenging groups and art units at the USPTO. While our tool is already the best on the market, we’ve recently made it even better.
The challenge we wanted to solve? Some art units are indistinguishable from each other, and it’s hard to know which ones. So we wrote code to process the data and figure it out automatically.
